The Globalization promoted in the governments the commercial lust making of the mineral exploitation an excellent instrument for obtain riches, power and global recognition, but really is this the solution for has a balance the economic phenomenon?, I think, that this isn't the solution for obtain a sustainable economic development, but many countries with resources non renewables took the decision of promote the economy by the mineral exploitation, without think in the futures consequences of this big problem, therefore, the next statements are some of the serious problems that have this kind of “solution”:

The mining exploitation has a economic temporal development because the government give to private companies; soils that is  rich in nonrenewable resources and gemstones; like the gold, so that this business takes this valuable product pay the government for this exploitation then they say to the nation that Colombia has a progress by the foreign investment, but really is this  a equitable progress?, the answer is no, because our renewable and nonrenewable resources are finishing and really  in a future we will require of this for a better quality life, so that this a big problem for we beautiful country and  for next generation.

Consequently, the society that life in this mineral zone has a big problem; this is the Absolut poverty; this proceed of the spoilage of the soil’s nutrients, in as much the goverment  allows excavation and deforestation terminates the richness of the soil. Therefore  the people can only live with what the  private organizations give for them because there is no other activity such as agriculture to improve their employment options.

The Environmental impairment is consequence that the water and air, for the production of gold and other beautiful minerals is necessary to use toxic chemical product like the mercury and cyanide dangerous substances that kill the people, the animals and damage and hurt de vegetation doing to our country poor and miserable by the bad administration of our resources.

Finally, the country is presenting many problems like the desertification, the contamination, the poverty, the social exclusion, the total extinction of animal species and flora, those consequences  are converting to Colombia of a rich country to sad and poor country, so It is moment that the people take critical awareness and acting for better the economic, social, cultural and environmental situation  because this economic development is temporal and for few people and after our resources will finish and we will a desolate country.
